Welcome to Strack Intermediate and to World Cultures!

We will have a great year as we “travel” around the world. Technology has made our large planet a smaller place, and our lives are affected by other cultures every day. It has become increasingly important to learn about these other cultures and places. Plus, it’s really fun! Our main purpose is to understand the five themes of geography: Location, Place, Regions, Movement, and Human-Environment Interaction in order to better understand our global society.

  • Set goals and work to achieve them.

    • Expected behavior:
  • Be seated and be working by the time the bell rings.
  • Listen when someone else is talking. Raise your hand to speak. Everyone will get a chance to contribute.
